The biggest difference between President Trump and Charles Manson is extraordinary power and global influence.

Trump has tons of it. Manson had a tiny bit.

That shit is scary as fuck.

Manson Represented Pure Evil

In the 1960’s, Charles Manson was so masterful at building a following of insanely loyal servants, that they committed horrific murders for him in hopes of launching a race war.

Helter Skelter.

Since Manson was the mastermind behind their criminal actions, he soon began serving what turned out to be a near half century sentence behind bars.

His 2017 death finally released him from his maximum security cage.

Trump Inspires Pure Evil

What President Trump represents now, in January 2021, symbolizes the Manson doctrine. This has never been more apparent than this moment in history; after violent rioters used Trump’s influence to inflict unprecedented terror on the U.S. Capitol yesterday.

One woman was shot and killed during what has been widely referred to as an “insurrection” and “coup.” Three other deaths resulted from the carnage.

The ugly and frightening episode took place as the House and Senate sought to officially certify Joe Biden as President-elect. Trump had been urging his brainless tribe for weeks to express their disdain for Biden’s electoral victory. In other words, he instructed them to be degenerate assholes and put others in harm’s way.

Like good little idiots, they did that and more.

The Historic Destruction is On-Brand For Trump

I still can’t believe that a sitting President is allowed to function the way that Trump does. An endless supply of false bravado, disrespect for the standards of the nation’s highest office and a batshit crazy attitude about the 2020 election.

Because of his despicable mindset and a lifetime of entitlement, Trump has repeatedly and pathetically called Biden’s victory into question.

In fact, he’s constantly referred to the election results as fraudulent, making baseless and childish assertions that the voting was rigged.

Biden defeated Trump in a rout to the tune of 7 million votes.

I think that the biggest surprise from yesterday’s mayhem is that some people are actually surprised. Have they forgotten that Trump successfully hypnotized his submissive followers as far back as 2015, when he officially launched his candidacy for the presidency?

His years of reckless proclamations, compulsive lying and virtual bullying by way of tweeting have all led to that shameful day yesterday.

Supporting Trump, Support Manson = Same Thing

Many of Trump’s supporters (that I know personally), who I used to believe were “smart” have soured my thoughts on them because of that mind blowing loyalty. There’s no real difference in supporting the negative and horrific mindset of Manson.

People died because of Manson’s influence. People died because of Trump’s influence. Trump didn’t personally kill anyone. Neither did Manson.

How can one human being galvanize the minds and common sense of so many people to the point that they operate as robotic idiots?

When Your Idols Become Rivals

Two things stood out to me yesterday; the fact that several Senate and Congressional Republicans finally broke from their blind support of Trump’s BS, and did what was right during Biden’s certification.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), one of Trump’s biggest ass kissers— um, supporters, actually said “enough is enough” and “count me out” in reference to 45’s bullshit.

Also, Trump himself throwing his own Vice President under the bus both during a rally and on Twitter. VP Mike Pence has exhibited an undying loyalty to the Dictator in Chief since Day 1 — and this is the thanks he got:

“Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!” — Donald J. Trump’s Twitter post

Shit got so bad yesterday that Twitter and Facebook blocked Trump’s accounts for 12 hours. In effect, they decided that his manipulative nonsense was causing far too much harm to this nation.

When the hell will the rest of these assholes follow suit?

Sadly, that answer is “probably never.”
